Marni get
its turn on the wild romantic side.After the flower market last season,Marni woman
,is transformed in ,strong warriors one,which is ready to concure the World.Ideas?Maybe not the best Marni,can give(I have a huge respect,for the brand),but not today.Not that young,urban,but stillwill be a real pride,for those who want to wear beautiful
things.Snake skins,Roman tunics transformed,big leather waist belts,turtlenecks,futuristic
cuts and eartly colors,that remind me of the mongolian Bedouins.There were a
lot of fur sleeves(big trend for next fall),kind of huge pockets made from fur(another
trend) or down-part of a top(in fur again).It was not that good interpretation
of the 30s skirt suits,country knit,its look to me a communism come in love
with the aristocracy,it was that kind of feeling.The patchwork fur sleevlees
coat (almost pre-historic)was pretty good.Kind of Japanese vibe was going in
the shapes through the collection too.World as one I will say.Bit of floral 70s
style together with the pants,40s printed coats(which try to look modern).One interesting red
dress,worn with rain boots and cutted fabrics
into flowers,is quite a good craft,as the black flowers on the last few pieces.Very nice earings, must say and the other jewelry,was done in
great taste,like always.It looks to me on a moment urban-futuristic,on other
very vintage,maybe it has to look like 80s,but not to me.Still like whole can be taken as a good conceptual
collection,with really nice shapes and cuts,with an historical culture
reference.
