At Day 3 of
Istanbul Fashion week, we saw six designers in the official programe.All of
them have a different story to tell, behind their designs, which is normal and
one of the beauties of the industry. There is a big need of experimenting with
the shapes, textures and fabricks.One huge exploration of the body, both Male
and Female, from what becoming an 21st century style, type of
persons, who are Worldly independent, catching the ethnic culture and
traditions, in one very sentimental way, which is almost gone, but still enough
visible. There is a message in every creations.Ulitimate farewell with the
past, so strong in the past few seasons, with columniation in this one.
Murat
Aytulum dresses his Woman for Fall-Winter 2015-16, in most beautiful leather, in
colors of grey, black and orange. The concept is clear. Searching for new
interpretations of the leather. Transforming the shape and cutting in modern way.
The texture decorations on the clothes, like embroidery, looks so futuristic
and alas Japanese design, which make me think of the stone beaches in Turkey or
the sunsets on the Bosphorus.Bit of masculine attitude, making and strong Silhouette
in the leather blazers, coats or the jump suit. Still the rest was a real
admiration of the woman sexuality, through the sheer –leather tops, femine 50s
dresses, or the fur, glowes and harem pants in leather.
Powerful
and great tailoring, which gives to the leather a really fine line?

Giray Sepin
wants to makes the Man to feel beautiful, young and modern. With interesting
hair solutions(very young look),he present great tailored black coats,
sweatshirts with graphic ornaments, beautiful artistic printed shirts in yellow
and white, or skin and black-white, or the psy-hippy printed pants, trench coat
in sunset colors(very graphic)and shine, metallic shoes(70s style),sporty
–elegant vest or well-tailored black shirts. It was all is purpose of the
modern-dandy style, in a black suit and indigo printed sweater or trousers knee
pants and sport jacket.
Beautiful
and masculine. A real collection for the Man of today.

LADY FAITH
is thinking of winter for sure. In a collection full of fur, from fluffy hats
to CHEWBACCA boots and collars, is was a travel to the North Pole. But as a
contrast of this you get beautiful colorful jolly dresses, in an abstract-graphic
artistic (bit childlike) dreamy prints. This chubby furs were worn over a
summer garments, as a tiny top, with naked belly and mini dresses. It’s look to
me a bit Japanese, in the shapes or in the using of the print, but that was
quite suptile.Other interesting part from the collection were the long printed dresses,
in one sexy cut and decolte,worn again with the fur boots, which personally I
don`t like a lot.
Interesting,
bright and warm collection, with designs who going through the 70s, 80s, to the
new ideas, and of course a tons of fur.
