Country style of British Aristocracy at "Brasserie Gabriela",Chanel Automne-Hiver 2015-16 Day 8 Paris Fashion Week 10.03.2015

Grand Palais transformed in a Chanel restaurant “Brasserie Gabriele”, looks like an object of desire, of artistic statement of the society, but also it was so commercialy. This Grande scale of interiors, are installations to show power, a condition of wealth and massive consumerism. Is a pleasure for the eye and beautiful touch for the soul, watching in these spectacular dimensions, plus the beautiful designs of Lagerfeld. You can get custom made Chanel lunch, dinner, in the entire manner?
In all this splendor of Chanel, the collection, really got a lot of great points itself, as regular the Chanel tweed suit is transformed in  English lady style,in checks ,brand new accessories from zig-zag –mosaic mini bags ,to oriental chain belts, jewels in crown style ,with an smoky eyes, and a ribbon to tie the hair. It was a celebration of the luxury ,as Karl always look up too, but sophisticate, also Lagerfeld look in the future, and as he say ,didn`t even keep an arhive, because think that clothes are not Rembrands. But his work is beautiful, moveing from theme to theme, from one to another collection, he trace the Chanel path, with such a grace. The fabrics were amazing, beautiful grey, white & black, red, blue, purple ,the shapes were inspired, from the balloon sleeves of the 16th century, to  military coats ,to the 40s and 70s,and the British aristocracy country style in the past 100 years, seen in the tartan(check)skirts and unbrelas, the sweaters, also some futuristic experiment ,with some 3D textures. The Mondrian print was incorporate in a casual coat(parka), skirts made of leather flowers, a lot of tartan, poncho,Elizabethan mood, with Coco Chanel shoes, some really nice shaped tweed coats, or fur ones, All of this day wear ,looks really beautiful, but also so nostalgic and vintage, must say. For evening sheer shirt, floral lace in blue, pearls, delicate black lace coat, feathers skirt and a coat, Mosaic skirts, black laced skirt, worn over laced pants, some embroidery, maxi skirts, golden collar and a tie, and black romantic dresses,in naked tones.
Such a mix of the West and the East. It’s so obvious that the cruise collection come in one, from Dubai to Scotland, making a Global collection, with wonderful references from the past, but still staying in the modern terms. So go drink your tea in “Brasserie Gabriele”, Of course in Chanel!
