Alessandro dell`Aqua`s second collection for Rochas,seems to put the label on a new level.In the mix of old and new,the collecton looks like,one big basket for clothes.On moments the concept was not realy clear,but in the end the raw and the lace come as one.Even if the styling may look too much,everything was with a good story and I think was told great.
The show start with a sport luxury drees,tied with a ribbon on the waist and the most interesting moment,the new logo of the house "R",reminder of the new look.Sheer white caftan-dresses,from pattern that looks like embroidary,who was full with flowers and butterflys,was worn over yellow under parts.On next,more dresse,skirts and shirts in black and white,with "painted" nature,or victorian lace.Only the belt tied around the boobs,were touch of tomorow.The shoes were futuristic.Oh,that gold shoes,worn with white socks.Beautiful skirts,with cut flowers that come from the fabric itself,looks very fresh and chic.Than more white asymmetric skirts and colden coat combined with black lace skirt.For night long sheer black dresses with lace or combined with classic shirt and the belts from before.
Casual,elegant and very parisian.Good collection for dell`Aqua.I thing that the wierd belt will pop-up the magazines covers for next season.
