The Sea princess is Re-born Mary Katrantzou Spring/Summer 2016

The idea of modern take over the most simple of things,is the main context in every Katrantzou collection.After last sesson perfect futuristic collection,with the most inovative of fabrics and cuts,with this Fall collection she again turn a new page in her fashion portfolio.The life is beautiful for Mary,her passion for searching for new ideas,come to a columination in this collection,even if we all seeing the same for every collection of hers.Fairly embroidery,in patchwork glittered maniere girly dress,worn with silver glittered thights,something that was a hart attack at my first watch.The sea flora is awaken,in this magnificient dresses,the sea princess in optical symmetric prints,in one lovely palete of blue and purple.The inovation in the fabrics and the tehnique of cutting is incredible.Shine and strong,with a bit of sexual provocation,or romantic,very 60s inspired,dresses in beautiful floral prints.Till the end of the show,the palette was change to almost completly all black and the shapes,the cuts become more futuristic,even if was an ethno sound to some of them.
Mary Katrantzou once again show that is a serious player in the fashion World.
